KT Manual Generator
Turns recorded knowledge-transfer sessions into step-by-step manuals, one per topic, with screenshots pulled straight from the video and a one-line crux for each step. Built for a 20-video handover.
Senior Technical Program Manager
18+ years in IT and 9+ in program management. I have run $150M+ transitions, put AI copilots into production in weeks, and I spend my evenings building data and AI side projects to see how the pieces really fit.
I build to learn. Each one starts as an MVP, then grows in versions the way I'd run a real program.

A full-stack ordering system: schema, API, React front end and Power BI reports. Includes rider auto-assignment, role-based auth, audit logging and a rolling 7-day rider workload window.
An AI first-line support desk for a Teams-style chat app, built with a partner to practice the full agent toolkit: multiple agents, MCP tools, retrieval, evals and guardrails.
A scheduled pipeline that reads IT and cloud communities plus low-star ITSM tool reviews, groups recurring complaints by audience and source, and posts a digest to Slack every morning.
A containerized smart help desk that triages incoming requests. Currently moving from a school-provided AWS account to my own.
Each new build will live on its own subdomain and be linked here as it ships.
I'm the connective layer: between service teams and infrastructure, business and engineering, plan and production.
Above Target in all three domains.
Core AI and machine learning concepts on Azure.
In progress.
Full time
Big-picture programs that span infrastructure, data and AI, where many teams have to land one outcome together. I'm also curious about Technical Product Manager work.
Short engagements
Have a manual process that eats hours every week? I like scoping it, building the first working version and getting people to actually use it.
The things that keep the big picture in focus.
Color, layers and patience.
Beginner in both, but enthusiastic: Spanish on Duolingo, Sanskrit through Samskrita Bharati. Five chapters into the Bhagavad Gita so far.
